Hydraulic fruit presses

Description

Hydraulic presses of the HPX 3007, 6007, 7507 and 12007 type of various capacities are one of the highest quality presses for processing apples, peaches, stone fruits, and various berries and vegetables. The unique drainage system and the fully automated process enables users to achieve optimal efficiency with low energy consumption.

Evaporators

Description

Drying of fruit and other products

Description

In its sales programme, Bucher Unipektin has two types of vacuum dryers: a continuous vacuum dryer for larger capacities and vacuum drying chambers (batch drying). They are intended for drying various fresh and frozen fruits, vegetables, milk, and other liquid products. In addition to the food industry, dryers are also used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. In combination with the zeolite reactor, they allow a large adsorption of water and preservation of aroma.
